History and Establishment:
PHASE, established a decade ago in Johannesburg, emerged as an organization with a singular focus on supporting Christian leaders to start, run, and finish their ministries with strength and resilience. Categorically PHASE is a member care organization focused on regions within the African Diaspora. Equipping missionaries, pastors and lay ministers to cope with environmental hazards they may face in their place of calling.

Communities/Demographics:
PHASE primarily serves ministers working in the most volatile areas of East, Southern and West Africa. Currently operating in Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa.
Who are we reaching?
We serve the servants.
PHASE, in general aims to benefit pastors, missionaries, church planters, and their families, including kids, teens, and singles.
How are we reaching them?
Focus on the human
We host ministry intervention workshops and programs through multi-disciplinary teams, creating a safe place for ministry families to be refreshed. Picture simultaneous events for married ministers, minister’s kids, teens, or a gathering for our beloved single ministers. Our focus is on putting the needs othe individual first.
