PHASE, established a decade ago in Johannesburg, emerged as an organization with a singular focus on supporting Christian leaders to start, run, and finish their ministries with strength and resilience.

Communities/Demographics:
PHASE primarily serves ministers working in the most volatile areas of East Africa and is expanding its reach to Southern and West Africa. Currently operating in Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa.
Who are we reaching?
We serve the servants.
PHASE, in general aims to benefit pastors, missionaries, church planters, and their families, including kids, teens, and singles.
How are we reaching them?
Focus on the human
We host ministry programs through multi-disciplinary teams, creating a safe place for ministry families to be refreshed. Picture simultaneous events for married ministers, minister’s kids, teens, or a gathering for our beloved single ministers. Our focus is on putting the needs of the individual first.
